Located in Allentown, PA our office houses a unique team that trains customers on our superior software application for K-12 educators. We want smart, fun and fast-paced team members who are ready to be part of a growing organization, and are willing to take the organization to the next level. Your job would entail the following:

• Become a subject matter expert on software applications through self-directed learning while remaining current with the product as updates are made
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision in a team environment
• Ability to create, review and edit new and revised training materials and presentations
• Daily commuting and overnight travel as required to meet customers’ needs throughout northeastern US, heavy summer travel requirements

Requirements for this position include:

• College degree in Computer Science, Teaching, or field related to education/computers
• Knowledge of school districts, education system and terminology desired
• Experience with training small to medium sized groups of adult learners
• Public relations and public speaking skills
